Congratulations
on reserving your seat for my April 2013 Seminar in Denver,
Colorado!
This
weekend event will be your single greatest investment
in YOU and your business!
|
Dear Friend & Fellow Entrepreneur,
As we all know, the medical industry and the elderly population
are booming and will continue to do so for decades to come.
And for as long as we are a civilized society, transportation
and medical care will always be growing essential services.
Nothing can change this. It's a fact - transportation
makes the world go round!
But
what many entrepreneurs don't know, or should I say they don't
understand, is just how dynamic our industry is and how to
successfully traverse the many impending changes to our industry
and our overall business environment in general
The
good news is that increase in demand brings increase in opportunity.
But what separates successful entrepreneurs from those that
are not is more than the ability to identify opportunity.
Your success is the result of having the ability to thoroughly
understand your environment and then implement effective solutions.
And all of this starts with targeted education and astute
preparation!.
Without
question, my Denver Seminar will be your best investment because
of the many changing variables that influence our industry.
Rest assured, as the famous saying goes, I'm going to share
with you "the good, the bad, and the ugly." And yes, I'm also
going to share with you the great news too!
But
don't just take my word for it. Listen to other entrepreneurs
and previous attendees:
|
Again,
I sincerely congratulate you on reserving your seat and attending
my upcoming Denver Seminar. I continue to work with so many
awesome entrepreneurs from around the country and I can honestly
say that the difference between successful entrepreneurs and
those that flounder is not a lack of opportunity!
Sadly,
you would be amazed at how many go-it-alone entrepreneurs
contact me in an effort to play cleanup duty after
they have lost considerable time, money and effort. Despite
what many go-it-aloners think, the NEMT business is far more
than getting a used vehicle and passing out business cards.
Although I compliment them on their enthusiasm, their insistence
on "saving" money by going-it-alone always proves to be immeasurably
more costly.
So
you need to level the playing field and increase your
chances for success by learning from those that have already
achieved success. Learn from their mistakes and their failures!
As
I openly admit, I conservatively wasted no less than $250,000
over the first few years of my NEMT business. Why? Because
I had to learn everything through trial and error - I had
no one teaching me; no ebooks, DVD's, or Seminars. Yes, I
experienced success, but man, I also made my share of mistakes
too!
But
even more so, in working with successful transportation providers
from across the country in a wide variety of environments,
I continue to gain the absolute most unique and distinct perspective
of our industry. I witness changes in our industry on a macro
scale. As such, I not only witness changes, but I witness
and experience what does and does not work! And this is what
I'm going to share with you at my weekend Seminar.
So
again, congratulations on attending and for investing in your
business. We have a LOT of opportunities, topics, policies,
and strategies to discuss.
We
need to discuss how our growing opportunity is affected
by Obamacare - and yes, Obamacare is definitely going
to affect our industry and your business in particular
in many, many ways!
We
need to discuss how changes in Medicare and Medicaid
will affect our industry and your business
We
need to discuss how Brokers fit in with all of these
changes, how they can influence your business, and how
you need to position and leverage your business
We
need to discuss the various types of NEMT business models,
the various sources of revenue, and which business model
is best for you
We
need to discuss proven strategies that will allow
you to systematically grow your business so that your
success is guaranteed versus being just a wish and a
dream!
We need to discuss creative strategies for increasing efficiency and reduce cost so as to increase profit margins.
|
And as I am sure you can guess we have much, much more to discuss. So definitely prepare yourself for a full weekend. Our event will start on Friday evening at our "Meet & Greet," which is always a popular event, followed by a full day during Saturday's Seminar.
I
strongly encourage you to make your travel arrangements so
that, whether you're driving or flying, you will arrive early
enough to attend our Friday night "Meet & Greet." This is
a very casual, laid back, and well-received opportunity to
meet, network, and share ideas and experiences with other
entrepreneurs from around the country.
Many who will be attending are already achieving success in the NEMT industry and are looking for ways to expand and increase their success. These entrepreneurs are a great resource. I am very pleased to boast about the many business relationships that are formed at these events. It's the melding of like-minded entrepreneurs!
Other attendees are
new to the NEMT industry but bring experience from other businesses
and industries. I can't compliment "newbies" enough for attending.
They seek to leverage the knowledge and experience from others
- and that is the true essence of mentorship.
Now again, I'm telling
you up front, Saturday is going to be a long, full day. So
make sure you bring nothing but your fullest attention! You
don't need to bring anything with you other than an open mind
and a willingness to learn. You need to be like a dry sponge
to water ready to soak up all of the knowledge and information.
So
don't bring anything with you except an open, attentive mind.
Everything will be provided by the Seminar to include finger
foods on Friday night's "Meet & Greet" and lunch and dinner
on Saturday. And yes, we will eat well (I love good food so
I know no other way)!
Who:
You, me, and a room full of other like-minded and motivated
entrepreneurs!
If
you have a business partner, bring him or her! In fact,
if you're partnering with someone, you absolutely NEED
to bring them! All of you need to hear and understand
this knowledge and what's happening in the NEMT industry!
Bring
your spouse and/or business partner(s) to receive a
discount in admission.

Like
I said before and what we all know, transportation makes the
world go round. Everything relies on transportation. Without
transportation the daily operations of hospitals, doctor offices,
dialysis centers, nursing facilities, home care and the like
come to a grinding halt. The welfare of patient's medical
care relies on transportation.
I
look forward to working with you - helping you to achieve
great success, and making the world go round!
See
you at the Top!
